Voice
Voice is a collection of robots designed by artist Fernando Orellana to protest. Unlike human protestors, these robots can never grow weary and will protest until their mechanisms break down.
My role in this project was to take concept models from Fernando Orellana and design the mechanism in CAD software along with all of the necessary aesthetic components and construct the current versions of the art piece. Many meetings with the artist was had until the artist and I landed on the final aesthetics and functionality of the piece.
